Learn About Upcoming Product Updates in our Winter '24 Release

Another exciting Vena product release is around the corner. The Winter '24 Release will be available starting on February 20th and centers on collaboration and adaptability, leveraging technology to help simplify complex ad hoc tasks and enhance user experiences for a more agile work environment.

Some of the new features and enhancements include:

• Enhanced collaboration and productivity with Vena for Microsoft PowerPoint
• Exciting new self-service Support Chatbot to quickly resolve issues
• Further detailed micro-level insights with Drill Through in Vena Insights

Updates to Vena Implementation Tenants: Vena365

What is changing?
All newly created tenants starting on February 15th, 2024, will be set to Vena 365 by default. This does not mean that we are eliminating the use of Vena Desktop, we are simply changing the default add-in for tenants created on February 15th onwards.

What does this mean for existing tenants and customers?
This change has no impact to existing tenants or customers.

Can we still implement on Vena Desktop?
Yes! Vena will continue to support the use of both add-ins. If Vena Desktop is the preferred add-in for your customers' solution it can still be used. To set the tenant back to Vena Desktop simply navigate to the Admin Tab > Policies > General and flip the switch "Off" for "Enable Vena 365 by process for all users (see screenshot below):



Please set the tenant to Vena Desktop at the beginning of the project if that is the desired add-in for implementation.
(Note: Users only get the introduction email to download the Vena Application required for Vena Desktop when the tenant is set to Vena Desktop)

New Customer Learning Plans Available in Vena Academy

Do you have a new Vena implementation and looking to get your clients trained on Vena product best practices?

Customers taking Vena Product Training during implementations now have access to 2 learning plans in Vena Academy. The first includes support for Power Users in the product knowledge required to manage and configure Vena, including two 2-hour instructor-led sessions.

Upon completion of this plan, Customers will have access to a 2nd plan focusing on ongoing training, including an additional live instructor-led session as well as eLearning content that supports day-to-day use and maintenance of the Vena Platform.

To enroll your customers in these new course, simply submit the existing Training Registration Request Form.
