Terms And Conditions

By clicking "Submit & Accept" above, you authorize Vena to: 

  1. Enable temporary access to our Sandbox environment and Export API features for your organization until January 21, 2026
  2. Create a sandbox copy of your current production tenant data within 5 business days of your acceptance, which will include all data currently stored in your Vena environment 
  3. Process your data in the sandbox environment in accordance with our existing Master Subscription Agreement and Data Protection Addendum for the limited purposes of: 
  • Enabling you to test and evaluate sandbox functionality 
  • Demonstrating Export API capabilities 
  • Supporting your trial usage 

Important Information

  • This trial is provided at no additional cost 
  • All existing data protection and security measures apply to the sandbox environment 
  • Your sandbox data will be automatically deleted on January 22, 2026 unless you upgrade to a paid subscription 
  • No changes will be made to your production environment 

Data Processing Notice

Creating the sandbox environment involves copying your existing Subscriber Data as defined in our Master Subscription Agreement. This processing is conducted under the same data protection obligations that govern your current service and as outlined in our Master Subscription Agreement.
