Honorees recognized for excellence in finance and operations who have achieved success in their field, elevated their function and propelled overall business performance
We're proud to reveal the winners of the inaugural Venny Awards, the first global awards program recognizing excellence in strategic finance and operations.

The Venny Awards, comprised of five categories and presented at this year’s Excelerate Finance 2024 conference, were awarded to the following winners:
Financial Modeling Mastery Award: Acknowledges individuals who leveraged Vena's platform to boost operational agility and resilience through advanced financial modeling techniques.
Winner: Christine Harms, currently Controller at Coyotes. During her time at Arizona Cardinals, Harms’ efforts in adopting and optimizing Vena for budgeting, account reconciliation and expansion planning demonstrated exceptional skill in leveraging technology to boost operational agility and resilience.
Financial Insights Innovator Award: Recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional use of Vena's analytics and AI capabilities to generate groundbreaking financial insights that transform strategic decision making.
Winner: Jeff Culp, Senior VP and CFO of Business Transformation at Liberty Bank. Culp’s role in building a solid financial planning and analysis (FP&A) foundation and leveraging technology for executive support significantly contributed to Liberty Bank's strategic readiness for growth.
Excellence in Complete Planning Award: Celebrates leaders who have mastered the integration of financial and operational planning to drive strategic insights and enhance organizational agility.
Winner: Cormac Doyle, Director of Software Applications at Greystar Management Services, LP. Doyle led Greystar's transition, from 13 separate budgeting platforms to a streamlined, dynamic Vena solution, improving their operational efficiency and scalability. His professional endeavors enhanced organizational agility and set a new benchmark for operational excellence in the industry.
Strategic Integration Partner Award: Recognizes Vena Partners for their outstanding integration of Vena's Complete Planning platform with business systems, significantly enhancing the strategic capabilities of the Office of Finance.
Winner: ProLytics Consulting Group, accepted by William Liang, Managing Director. As a dedicated Vena Partner and market leader in extending the Vena Platform with their preconfigured solution designed to transform the operational and strategic agility of law farms, ProLytics’ partnership and innovative use of PowerBI integration extended customer value and enhanced strategic capabilities for businesses globally.
Excellence in Financial Leadership Award: Honors leaders who have exemplified outstanding achievement in driving transformation to elevate the strategic office of finance and improve business performance.
Winner: Pat Jones, Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller at PetIQ, LLC. Jones’ strategic approach to adopting and leveraging Vena for financial consolidation and modeling showcases great achievement in driving transformation and elevating the strategic office of finance.
Looking ahead as the Venny Awards continue to grow and evolve, the program will welcome nominations from individuals beyond the Excelerator Community to foster wider recognition of excellence. Additionally, there will be a formal nomination process and new award categories announced.
